Metal Edelweiss cap badge with swastika, worn by member of SA Gruppe 'Hochland' and NSKK units from Hochland on their Kepi or Sidecap.  Approx 4cm dia.  Marked to rear with RZM 3.  It is missing one of the two rear metal tags used to hold the badge in place.
