This an unusual banner, probably dating to the early HJ days before the banner design was standardised.

The banner has a coat-of arms from Bocholt, (in the district of Wesel) which is a symbol of a Beech tree. On the other side is a sig rune, but is not the usual black on white but has a diagonal white/red, which is probably a combination the red and white of the HJ and the DJ organisations. The Beech tree symbol dates the banner to pre-1934, belonging to Bann No 261 (Bocholt-Haltern) in Gebiet 9 Westfalen, (which was renamed Weißes Fenn in 1934).

Decorated to the bottom with gold trim and tassles.

The trumpet has a sig rune near the bell.  There is some damage to the solder seals on the trumpet and it has some dents.

A rare, interesting and possibly unique example still surviving.
