Here is an extremely unusual early HJ board.  It has the green numbering and border piping indicating it is dated to 1934-36 to OberBann 3, but has the numbering indicating it is from 1936 - 38, when green piping was reserved for Landjahr.  As it is in mint condition, it was probably made as the regulations changed in 1936 and never issued as a result.
